Question about marriage

If you're non-trans and you get married, can you still trans afterward and use all the skills etc. etc. from being married?
Or would you need to reach base 45 again first?

Just a random question that popped into my mind

you could still use your skills as normal. when i sader got married the first time i was 95 and my wife was barly 70. Nothing changed when I transed.
