Wizard

Lord of Vermillion: Required for Summon Lightning Ball
Storm Gust: Required for Summon Water Ball (not regular Water Ball)
Meteor Storm: Required for Summon Fire Ball
Quagmire: Required forMarsh of the Abyss

These skills don't say they are High Wizard skills either.

I think the updates with Athena automatically include skill data related to third classes. Those would more than likely be 3rd class skills then. /ok

3rd class skills. Just like how some equipment need a upgrade over 10 (+11), some skills are prerequisite for skills not implemented yet.
