Meteor plate [1] question.

since i saw one in pront i was just wondering if they left the drop rate the way it is on RMS. it says 15%  drop rate from salamanders but that is with 1/1/1 rates. so if it was ours it would be 45% drop rate  right? so did they leave the same drop rate? or changed it so it's harder to get?

Uhh... RMS says the drop rate is 0.2, which means it's 0.6 here. No idea where you're getting 15 from.
