Brionac Heal not working ?

When I equipped my Brionac, Heal is suppose to be enable in the skill window. However, this doesn't seems to be the case when I equip Brionac now.
Is there any other Brionac user who is encountering this problem too ?

are you viewing our skills in the minimized view and on the second job tab
If not item skills wont show up.
