I can't make character?

It says Character name already taken or something like that even when i try something random like asodhisygfbajnsd§123 for example. I deleted my one char and try to make another but I can't help me please

Creating new accounts/guilds/character

During the timeframe in which characters are being transfered over, you will not be able to create new accounts, guilds, or characters. This is to help prevent anyone from creating errors and "stealing" someone else's name, account name, or guild name. After all accounts have officially been transfered over, you will be able to create new characters, accounts, and guilds.
