So windows 7 on 64 bit CAN see dyes but the 32 bit CAN'T? O_O. Should be the other way around, :/.
Yes, but it doesn't really depend on the operating system that you are using, but on the client, i.e. Anthem.exe or Anthem_win7.exe. Basically, Win7 64bit behaves like every other Windows, Vista, XP, etc., but Win7 32bit is the one that acts strangely.
As for your comment, I think, the 32bit versions are the "exotic" ones, and they will slowly vanish from the market, since new computers come with at least 4 GB RAM by default, and to use all of that RAM, you need a 64 bit version, as a result, most laptops and PCs are sold with a 64 bit Windows 7. I only see the 32 bit Windows 7 as a "backwards compatibility" version for older computers.
