About unslotting cards?

btw one question if we talk about>>
why did the GMs deactivated the automated unslotter??
there were no waiting time for us to unslot the items and less work for GMs....
so why did they do this?

To make a long explanation short: all items previously had a code of 8 numbers.  New items created after x update have 12 numbers.  The program would crash as a result. 

In other words, lets say this.  You have a old Main Gauche and the code for that was 00000008.  The new Main Gauches created after x date were 000000000008 and therefore the slotter did not work properly.

Talis is working on fixing it but for nnow, we have to do it manually with the GMs.

i wouldn't say it is better to fix that first. Talis has a lot on his plate anyways he has the automated unslotting weapons/gears etc he also has the automated kaho changer and eAthena to work on and who know what else he could be working on maybe fixing some bugs working on any future idea's such as finishing the episode. i dont know exactly :x just saying there is more to do that is probably above automated unslotter that is more important like maybe to him eAthena is more important than the automated unslotting weapons/armors etc plus those spend credits are handled pretty fast :3 its not like it takes a week or a month to unslot what ever you need to unslot

well i dont say eathena isnt important i just mean
if he finish the automated unslotter first
the ohter GMs/ PRs can help them with eAthena work
coz they no need to finish the unslotting requests of ppls...
this will save unneded time or not?

It's not as easy as 1-2-3 BAM its fixed. It takes a lot more than that, and he currently was working on the Automated Kaho Customizer which was to be released with the Unslotter too, but there were still lots of bugs.

Tesla doesn't do coding, he just does Tickets / Spend Credits.  Adrift does other managerial jobs and Fidelis does some coding. Unfortunately, Fidelis has his hands tied up with the eA test server leaving Talis to deal with all that is related to/with main server maintenance and everything else (which still is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that you and I don't see).
