Bann question, complicated, but can this be done?!

ok what if you got scammed, you went trough the ST procedure to recover your stuff.

The person who scammed you went and sold YOUR stuff. the GMs found him guilty of scamm, and the person gets banned. what if the person looked for a way to get back in game so he could ask the person he scammed for forgiveness in order to recover his accounts and stuff. offering to pay you for the Item recovery fee.

can the person banned be unbanned? by like the person who reported him for scamming recovers his lost money for the item recovery?

Once it involves the GMs, it no longer becomes a personal affair.
As such, if the scammer is banned by the GMs, there is no way that the scammer can ever come back.
However, they are welcome to create new characters and start over.

i got scammed. again....
