You keep handing the items for the medicine (Green herbs, etc....)
Eventually, you will have enough for the camel poop (does not appear in inventory).

First time I did it, it took a good hour.  Second time, it took about 45 minutes, and the third, it took about 10.  It's just your luck.  Keep trying.
