IMO if people had their accounts banned, either they were the actual offenders (punishment ban) or their accounts got mixed up in the fiasco (freeze ban).
The former should suck it up and go away or make a newbie account. But the latter should definitely make their tickets and stick in there.
Although that being said, I really dislike people who break the rules and then insist that they're innocent....

They were banned by different GMs, under different Admins, according to different rules for different reasons.
This is AnthemRO it shouldnt be dragged down by a scars from AnimaRO. I say this since i have had freinds that nearly got banned for killing GMs. Ive nearly gotton banned for merely disagreeing with GMs when this was Anima... If this wasnt a fresh rebirth, if this was still same old Anima then i prob wouldnt have even bothered returning.
This is AnthemRO its no longer AnimaRO, so it deserves a non-tarnished slate.
If we were to really start out fresh, then everyone would have to start off as 1/1 novices! But because everyone has their accounts, and scammers and such still have their accounts, and ad frauders still have their items that were gained by means of cheating the server ........ well ............ we can't quite really start off fresh 
Semi fresh though! Players who did bad things and broke rules in the past, can still sign up for new accounts! And they need to continue to play legitimately so that they don't get in trouble again. Does that count? 
i'm trying to do something to get me un-banned but, i can't cause Pab told me that i can't redonate, long story...>_>, the money i used to get back my banned acc's so...i'm screwed now. gm's from animaro said if i could repay the amount i used then i can get unbanned but Pab is telling me the gm's here said they can't do anything about it. and to tell you guys the truth...it really wasn't my fault and yea.

Well i started again on a fresh account anyway... its more tedious then it is hard. I dont mind bans bieng kept as long as some of the
IP bans are checked over, im just scared some of those bans were done illiget under the old regime.
@ Aiden: i have to disagree with u there. Not ALL RULE BREAKS should result in a ban. Thatl be like stealing an apple from someones tree will get u the same punishment as committing rape or murder... As long as most people at the very least get to start again as level 1/1 novice then im happy.
@ Aki: Slime or no, everyone has a place in society. As the "slime" unfortunately is usually measured by POPULARITY rather then sliminess.
@ Khaos: I feel sorry for u as i kinda believe u. AnimaRO was a little screwed and alot of dodgy shit happened. Whats done is done as long as ur able to start semi fresh as a 1/1 novice then all isnt lost.
