Using Buff Skill on MVP worked or not?

buff skill like dispell/decrease agi,Is it worked or not on mvp?Bcoz we have Valk card for dispel but chance too low(suggested 5%)and we gotThanatos Maero(decrease agi).Guess why i ask this question?If decrease agi worked on mvp,it is really good using long range phisical atk especially for sniper(DDThanatosMaero Artemis)coz almost all mvp can kill easily and doing solo if slave not too strong.

Mvps are more than liekly unaffected. I dont mvp enough it seems.

dispell works, mainly on power up

other skills like slowdown, silence, stone curse, freeze etc, doesn't

But those cards given auto cast skill or it will shown 'Skill Failed' or some kind liddat.I wish decrease agi worked on mvp =.=

should show skill failed, just like mjol when it tries to autocast LSoD when you dont have windchimes on inv

we wish other things did too, but it would be broken if you could uses status effects and debuffs
