non existant kaho

Have anyone try to change an already customized kaho into a non existant kaho before.
If yes how long does it took for you? :D

my friend had a support ticket in for a new kaho customization for about 2-3 weeks, before he got a response saying that they can't make new customizations atm, but they said he was welcome to leave his ticket active until they can  :o how ever long that would be  :o
