Zooming in and Out on a laptop?

I dont have a mouse for it,is there any way I can do it on a Laptop?

sort of.  results are a bit odd though.  It's better than nothing.  Hold shift and Ctrl and fidget with your touch pad while also holding the right mouse button. 
I just tried it on another server, but their zoom is different than ours, so I'ld have to check again later.

Hold down CTRL + Right mouse button, then move mouse = Zoom in / out
Hold down SHIFT + Right mouse button, then move mouse = Tilt up and down
Hold down both + Right mouse button, then move mouse = combination of the two
