I recently got a PM about the same problem. I believe it is because of a file called "viewpointtable.txt". Like Teggit said, it is like this on iRO, since I have an updated iRO data.grf, and if I use that one, I got the same problems on several indoor maps. However, by using an up-to-date sdata.grf, you shouldn't experience these issues, most likely because there are different values in the viewpointtable.txt. So either you can get an updated viewpointtable.txt from somewhere, and then implement it into a grf file and include that to your adata.grf or sdata.grf - you might have noticed that this sounds rather complicated and time-consuming - or, since you said you didn't update your sdata for ages: do it, or download the latest full installer which includes an up-to-date sdata.grf; you won't have to patch anymore if you got this one, since Sakray isn't updated anymore by Gravity due to the renewal stuff. Believe me, you'll need an updated Sakray soon.
I ran ROSakFix then it told me to run the Sakray. But when I did, the Sakray re-updates all the way from 2008. I also ran GRFPack and the problem still persists.
Should I just download the latest full installer? Are people still torrenting that?
