Upload them to photobucket.com and post the link they give u on forums

Go to www.imageshack.us (EDIT: yeah, or use www.Photobucket.com, lol), choose the screenshot you want to upload, and click on "Host it!".

Wait till the upload has finished, then take the direct link, copy it, and paste it here.

Write

[img][/img]around it, so it will be shown immediately.

For example:
Your forum sig has the direct link: http://img530.imageshack.us/img530/869/crazykainesigxn7.png

Write

photobucket puts [IMG][IMG] in for you if you click on img code

is there a space between the bracket and img? i might get it wrong

No spaces between the [] and img or /img ^^
