I'm no GM but I think it's always Zone 3 because it's where the database is located.. Anyway just wait a minute, It'll be back up in no time.
And honestly, you'd rather have horrible lag in all zones all the time than one zone sometimes crashing? ...

I had to take them all down, if zone 3 goes, they all go. But they are currently back up.
