The card works, it simply doesn't work as well as it used to.

what did you try it on?

if ur hitting something thats ghost 2-4 property w/ a neutral weapon then it wont work
as neutral itself misses
and therefore +20% dmg on 0 is still 0
itll only work if u can hit them

The card is implemented yea.
I have two of them on my Kafra that I never used.
Both dropped from the monster.
