Hotkey problem (same one everyone seems to have)

I just downloaded AnthemRO because I haven't played it in almost a year. The only problem I'm having is my Hotkeys not saving, and having patched all that I can, nothing seems to work. I'm running Anthempatch and all that, and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. Any ideas?

As of today, everyone has been having this problem. It's been reported and hopefully GM's will fix it soon
