Hey, i've tried mjol and artemis now and both of them have x% to cast spells when attacking and non of the weapons do that, how come?

mjol needs catalyst stones, buy them south amatsu


artemis needs double strafe < level 9

[Gravity]

You would need Double Strafe lvl 9 or below to cast gloria 5%.

It does seem like it doesnt work but it does, even in its low rate for me.
