Do you get your items back when you send a support ticket and provide screenies?

Depends on the circumstance, you might have to pay item recovery fees. And then there's the issue of "When" You'll get your items back.

My nubbie cousin saw me type my password at the login screen.
I went AFK for a minute, then he said he wanted to play. I let him, but only on his account.
Then I thought I saw him transferring items from my sniper to his lvl 1 novie. ._.
He said it was his items that he donated for.
He just started a few days ago... ._.
We use the same computer, too. My cousin doesn't want to give me the items back, either. :<

Where does this fall?
I mean, if I get an IP ban, I won't get anything back. =\

You should be able to solve this with your cousin, scam tickets takes a lot and i mean a lot i dont know if GM take this cases at last priority or if they really have to do a lot of work to get your things back, i've been waiting almost a month and my ticket isnt even touched. Talk with him and make him giving your stuff back if not yeah youll have to pay ads to get your items back and tell in your ticket that he uses the same computer so dont ban the IP, however he doesnt lose anything since he just started so i feel really bad about you having to pay for your items.

The more you bump the lower your ticket goes. There are about 2-3 tickets left above yours, so be patient! Recoveries are not easy! Especially when you lose almost all your things.

I don't think there is really anything the GMs can do about this. THis is between you and your cousin.
Maybe you can try to bribe him? Or say you'll level for him or something.
