Firstly, that doesn't really belong in this thread.  You should ask that in General Questions, not some random report thread.  Secondly, the question is answered on the FAQ page:

Q: How do I show a screenshot on the forums or in a support ticket?
A:
Go to www.imageshack.us.
Click the "Browse..." button and select the file of the screenshot you wish to show.
Click "host it!"
Copy and paste the text from the "Direct link to image" bar into the forum posting or support ticket.

If you're having trouble with ImageShack (like I do) I suggest making Photobucket account. I just have less problems with it when it comes to Image sizes and multiple images.
1. Create Account.
2. Upload Images.
3. Mouse over the uploaded image or click share. Highlight the "thingy/URL?," copy and paste.
It should be like this [IMG]http://adsvndsomethingsomethingsomething[IMG].
