Lag Problems (Some serious lagging)

I have downloaded the full client from:

installed it and i let the patcher finish. I logged in and i was seriously lagging.
It takes about a second and a half for my commands to work. uber delay

I have played in this server before ( a year back ) and everything was OK back then.

help?

Im patching everything again ( the sakray and stuff ) hoping it solves the problem.
Just in case it doesnt, Im free for any ideas or input that might help.

I turned the forums upsidedown, downloaded everything that might help with
my problem, I resolved the ridiculously slow lagging problem but now i find
myself disconnected every 3 minutes of gameplay.

it might be because of your connection with the server, your internet connection, or possibly... the server hates your guts ;~;

i played with this server before, (played thru the Anima -> Anthem -> Talon Drama )
played for a couple of years then took a break.

Was playing on a dead beat PC and slow ass internet connection and it was doing fine.
Now i have a better PC and faster internet.

The stupid thing is that a few months ago i installed Anthem again using my old installer just for the heck of it and it played ok.
(after that i uninstalled it)

i lost my old installer so i downloaded it again from the site.
but now shit and fuck all over the place!

Exactly like my problem. Cant play as well as using dial-up connection + slow computer.

And yeah, the loser  has nothing better to do
