Uhhh.  Well, you need a program to make them, any will do (Paint, Gimp, OC, etc) 24x24 .bmp image.

Make a 24X24 bmp file - this is your emblem.
Make a folder called as Emblem in your Ragnarok folder.
Place this file inside that folder.
Now inside the game go on the guild leader character and click the Edit button next to the blank space for emblem in the Guild window.
Your emblem will show up in the drop down box - select it.
