Server Population and Community

Hi Everyone.
I found this server from ratemyserver. I am currently playing with a rl friend on another *RO on there low rate server. It is currently going well however the population is a little low, peaking at around 200 from what I have seen.

I am currently looking possibly for a bigger population server to join, and your rates here match that other server's.
How is the server? Is it friendly, helpful, etc.
How many players are online peak and off peak?

Just for a quick future reference, please don't post other server names.  It's no biggie, just remember it for next time.  :)

Player ranges go from 600 to 1000, depending on WoE and the general time.
The server is definitely overall friendly.  There's a bad egg here and there, but the good definitely outweighs the bad.

thank you for the quick responce, and sorry about the mentioning of the other server

Just started it up and it seems ok so far. Couple of differances I noticed from other server. The skill window is the old version and not the new. Is this meant to be like that or is it a bug? Same for the starting tutorial. It isn't the newer version as it is the old one. Not a big deal I know but I'm curious to what else is changed back to the oldness I used to do.

Any other tips about this server I should know about? I remember on rate my server that the flag next to it was the UK one. Are most people here from the UK?

Sorry for all these questions. I just find it important to know the facts before settling into a mmo.

the server is in montreal I think. most people are canadian/US and all over the world too. (I see some tagalog speaking ppl )

If you don't mind the differences, I think in general you will probably like our server.  We have a lot of players, so it's a very active community (both in game and on the forums), and there are a lot of great people.  Do be prepared for jerks of course, I'm sure every server has them including this one, but most of the people I know are nice and you can have a lot of fun here.  Getting good is a lot of work, like on any low rate server, but it is very rewarding (unlike high rate servers where everyone is awesome, meaning that in fact nobody is at all).  The GMs are also very dedicated and work hard to maintain a good environment, and updates occur quite frequently.  Our server isn't perfect, and no server is, but I haven't tried another server I liked better.
