Just because there was a new episode release, doesn't mean that all of the cards immediately get released alongside of it. First the new cards get tested by the beta team, and after any possible bugs are found, or after any adjustments are made, they are then implemented. When new cards get implemented, there will be an announcement. /ok

I thought there might of been some cards released that are so obviously not broken they are released right away or does everyone go through intense scrutiny.
