As long as the ads were obtained through non-fraudulent means, you are free to give them to whomever you wish. I doubt there would be any IP confusion between an account in Malaysia and an account in Canada, lol.
However, if there are multiple friends of yours in Malaysia, there could be confusion if you happen to all play at the same location (each other's houses. local internet cafe's, etc). It's best if there is absolutely no IP sharing between accounts that vote just to avoid confusion.
