Okay, my cousins got banned for having this problem with PayPal. So, they donated 207 bucks and bought items and also sold some ads. But now theyve checked their account credit status, they have 215 dollars (7 were already there so 207+7+cents=215$). What we dont know yet is why do they have those credits, or what are the GMs doing? since they have not unbanned their accounts, but the 215 dollars are there?

Also, GMs if any of you read this, i know we have to be patient and all, but why be patient when my cousins are being limited to something while unguilty of anything illegal, makes no sense.

but i mean, why would they return the whole 215 dollars? does that mean theyre working on it?

and also, what if theyre planning to only return the money but not to unban the accounts, they didnt do anything illegal, what will happen to all the other gears they had?

and finally, if their plan corresponds to my second statement, can they spend the money they currently have in their account?
i mean like transfering to another account, buy stuff with the 215 ads, and start all over again?

i need a gm to tell us these things because we dont even know why they got banned in the first place );

i know how it feels to wait for a very very long time lol but try be patient =)
they will eventually handle it

i don't think u can transfer ur ads if that particualr account is banned

Sounds dodgy on both sides atm. If you payed via paypal and ur money has been taken there is a vast recourse of actions for services not rendered regardless if a site says its donations or payments. Do you're homework. Hope everything works out.
