Unable to Move my Chat bar - What to do?

Well my chat bar is constantly stuck in the middle of screen and I am unable to drag it anywhere.  Is there anything I can do to resolve the problem?
I have even uninstalled and reinstalled and the darn bar is stuck stuck dead center :(

never heard of this 1 before, try removing the whole Folder of aRO or try deleting those notepads about aRO at windows folder; if u can find em

That's odd. You may want to post this in bug report thread if this problem does not go away soon.

Is it the same for all your chars?
