How long should I have to wait for a spend request?

I guess I'm looking for an average~ish amount of time. Or, if you've had one recently, how long did you have to wait.
If it's going to take more than a few months, I'm going to cancel it.
Another thing, do the GMs put a note on it to say they've read it? or does "NEW" change to "Read" or something like that?

It's a request to move a character with a guild so it would need to be taken care of at a server reset, but if it's going to take too long, I don't care that much and I'll just cancel.

They seem to reboot about once a week now, so maybe not that long? But it is the holidays, so I imagine tickets will get pushed back a little bit.

And nope, they don't change the ticket status except for "Waiting for player reply" "Waiting for GM reply" "Forwarded to X GM' or whatever not.
