Unslotting

well, i was just wondering when the item part of control panel at anthemro.com will be up again to unslot my gear?
Is it also possible to unslot by sending a support ticket? if so what has to be in the ticket?

We're hoping to get the unslotter back up soon, however, you can submit a Spend Credit in the meantime to have your item unslotted. When you submit the Spend Credit, include: The name of the item you wish to unslot, which cards you would like taken out, as well as if you'd like to keep the original item or not. Also be sure to include the correct amount of ads. It's $5 ad credit to begin the process, and $2 ad credit for each card you would like to take out. If you would like to keep the item, then it also costs an extra $2 ad credit.

though, i have to fill in my character in the spend credit.
does that mean that i have to put the item i want to unslot on the character i named in the spend credit?

Yeah, it would get pretty inconvenient and timely if the GM doing your ticket had to search through several accounts to find the item you'd like to unslot. Just leave it equipped or inside of the inventory of the character that you list in your spend credit.
