why my new account suddenly block by server??

I just make a new account...after a few minute the id is block by server ...why???

I already active my account and can play already but suddenly disconnect,then when I log in second time they say ID block by server already..

the name of the character you was using. IGN means ingame name

Erm well if it was a new account and you didn't have anything on it, just make a new account. You sure you didn't break any rules? I find it weird that you said you just made the account but don't remember the IGN. You can also send in a support ticket if you really want to check out what happened to the account.
