Rachel Quest Question

Okay i wanna know if you need to completely finish the Ice Dungeon Quest (meaning do u need to use up the scale/powders and kill the MvP) to fully complete the quest? Cuz i havent used the powder/scales or killed the MvP yet. And i cant seem to finish the Rachel Quest im stuck with the High Priest Zhed guy saying "May Freya blah blah..."

No you don't have to kill him :/ you're probably just missing a small part of the quest /haven't done both.

Rachel Quest and Ice Dungeon Quest are entirely different Quests. They are not related in any way for one to complete the other. Though one might get confused because in Rachel Quest you need 40 Ice Hearts (which can be obtained by killing certain monsters in the Ice Dungeon) as entrance fee (or passes) to the Pope's Heavenly Office.

What the Ice Dungeon MVP is guarding at the middle of the dungeon has something to do with Rachel Sanctuary, though.
