Failed to connet to server

i keep getting this message when trying to logg in saying failed to connet to server, wats happening is it updating or is it a problem on my computer, ifso how do i fix it??

Well i started to play *RO but didnt like it so i installed the minisetup of anthemRO to that folder, i pachted it and know its saying failed to connect to server.

Have you run both Sakray and the Patcher?
