can a lvl 94/50 sin level there with these equips?

Warp to Aldebaran and go up, Clock Tower is located at the center of the town

You can level in clock tower with those gears. You just need to bring a lot of meat cuz some of the monsters there are very annoying, like ridewords and penomenas. To get to the top floor and the basement, you need to get keys, dropped by some of the monsters there (related to clocks). What else.... The sword MVPs in this dungeon can destroy armour and weapon i think. Clock Tower Manager can cancel speed buffs so be careful with fighting it.
