A Question About Custom Kaho Horns

I'm aiming to get the Zherlthsh Mask Kaho variant; I had a question concerning it.

Yesterday, I saw someone wearing the Zherlthsh Mask with Angel Wing Ears.

Since it's normally upper (top) and & middle head, I'm assuming this was
a custom Kaho.

Do the custom Kahos act like they're only upper (top) head gear?

So would an item like mini-glasses (1) [intending to put a mistress
card on it] glitch/not work with the Zherlthsk Mask Kaho
since it's not an ear type middle gear?

Or would the mini-glasses simply equip but not show up visually at all?

Yes, a custom kaho is always top headgear. So you can wear whatever mid headgear you want with it.

I guess I'm ignorant on this account; I may I ask what PCB is?

...but thank you both for the replies.  =3 I was just worried I couldn't have the mistress card headgear up with the mask headgear at the same time.  ^^;
