Solo Wiz MVPing Completely Hopeless now?

Yeah, since the new patch and the MVPs teleport when icewalled...
Got me thinking...

Do they teleport when they are encased in a slew of icewalls? Which probably yes...

Do they teleport when you just icewall three times once in front of yourself, two on the sides of you and you storm gust the hell out of it?

Do they teleport when blocked by something?

I mostly solo by myself and I love my wiz. I want to keep MVPing with him.
