when the new patch comes out will the icewall lag be gone? or is there program currently i can use to make the icewall lag go away

nope.  you can /effect but then you can't see your icewall.

you have to learn to trap stuff using the least amount of icewalls possible, to aviod lag.

also you'll learn how to figure out if you're lagging, and walk away from the MVP (i'm assuming you're MVPing) before you get killed by the lag.
