i checked the palidin thread but couldnt find it so can you tell me how they get ic with reduction? i know 2 berz and the aegis with the di and dl combo is 98% how can i get the extra 2 %?

Another DI = 10%
Aegis= 18%

Total= 108% cast time reduction

Getting another DI isn't so good, you lose HP/SP, it's better to just go with a Clock Tower Manager card. CTM card gives 5% cast time reduction and it doesn't have any downsides like a second DI.

Yeah, I don't have the patience for any of the large discussion threads anymore. 80% of it is just nonsense. I learned that the hard way by reading 60 pages of the Assassin Discussion thread.
