as the subject states hoooowww.....do you need the dyes?

Talk to the Stylist NPC in Prontera (she's in the same building as the job-change NPC - buiding southwest of the central fountain).

Also, you will need DyeAdvance or DyeFire to view those dyes outside of the building (see the sticky topics on them in General Discussion).

If you want to use all the dyes on the test server, you will need to use this instead.
