You dont need to sign up to join. As long as you have the approval skill you will be able to join in on WoE (Just go to the place where the castles are and fight)

Our guild is at level 10, supposedly we can have up to 60 members, but when inviting the 57th member we are told that the guild capacity is filled.
Any suggestion / explanation or help is welcome.
