Try one of the alternative patchers:

There are only four, maybe five options:

Patching via

• normal Sakray Patcher (sakray.exe, located in your \Gravity\RO directory)
• (deXter's) Alternative Sakray Patcher (alternative sakray.exe)
• Valhalla Patcher (you need to download this one, for example from the link I gave to you: http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php/topic,38551.0.html)
• Alternative Sakray Server (http://ro.mcserver.info/sakpatch2/SakrayUP.v.0.2-en.rar)
• No patching; download an up-to-date sakray client from www.ratemyserver.net: http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=download_kROLinks

If anything fails, or crashes, try another patcher.
