can a payment ticket like a recovery ticket take more then 5 days cuz that what happend to me ?? T_T

Yeah, even a marriage/divorce ticket could take some time, considering the workload of the GMs that are still left right now. Don't be so impatient. 5 days is not a very long time.

no the recovery item it is for a support ticket i made from a gear scam
and after it is done they asked for a recovery fee
there was a 3 item i retrun 1
and 2 left

Only Denia & Adrift can do Item Recovery tickets (High GMs). Adrift probably has many other things to do, as well as Denia. :S

i don't see any GM do anything excpet denia and she can't handle that all i think this is the reson that make the Support ticket and the payment ticket get late

There are other GMs, but they work in the background, they DO support tickets.

Seriously, don't be so impatient and stop double posting.
