Mouse/Zooming Problems Please Help!!

I was trying out a new mouse today when I decided to zoom out, but it kept zooming out even though I wasn't physically doing it.
Anyway now my whole entire screen is black except my stas etc.(this is with my client)

Please Help I need advice!!

lol... If you're unlucky it might start zooming out again (I've had that happen to me before)
If it does, just re-log and it should stop zooming out
