Anima Account?

I had an Anima account and I was wondering if my character was still active?  I dont know how to create a support ticket, or even how to go about getting my character back.  If anyone can help its greatly appreciated, as i was about to Trans.

As for your anima account if you had an account WHILE BlackTalon was still a GM, BT basically left the server.  After the BT incident (He basically said 'f u gaiz imma chargin a new server with ur data', took all the data and the passwords, and every single person's password was "at risk", because it was in the hands of the old GMs who left with him), new passwords were randomly generated and sent out to the e-mail that was signed up with it.  If you can check in that e-mail, the pass in there will still work.  If you can't, and you have proof of the account, send in a support ticket.  If you can't reach the e-mail anymore and don't have proof, I think you're out of luck.
