Do I need to remove the items in the character I will move? o.0

Any items on the characters will be moved along with the character itself. Any items in your kafra storage have to be moved yourself since that's tracked per account and not per char.

If you are a guild leader, then you have to mention in order and if you are not a guild leader, you have to leave guild and party, you can join later after your order is complete.
