this might be somewere but i cant find it. i have a friend who used to play and they can not remember there user name or pass how do they find it.

when anima became anthem stuffys happened and all the passwords got changed

why do i have to keep repost this .-.

Q: I lost my account information OR I try to log into an old account from AnimaRO but can't, is there any way to get it back?
A: Send in support ticket under the "Lost items/Scams" category and include as many details relevant to the account as possible, such as:

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).

you could TRY TO SEND A SUPPORT TICKET
usernames....well if she played other games, it may be a similar username?
even if she doesn't remember...
email (you HAVE to have access to the email) the one you signed up with on anima/anthem

and...remember any details-like character names, job(assassin,mage, etc) trans/nontrans, how many accs

Well I don't think it's possible simply because anybody could claim they had lost 'their' username and password when it actually belongs to somebody else.

wait..how does she not remember any emails, or character jobs she had? (theres only a limited choice..and i favor assassins/champs-monks)
