A question regarding ice wall

Just wandering if it is legal to use ice walls in dungeons and for combat use. Another abusive guy in the dungeon pointed out that ice walls weren't allowed and he claimed I was using it to block people from going through. I was really using it for combat to block enemies to advance towards me or other players running away and I heard it was legal in dungeons.

You can use ice walls in KS dungeons as long as you aren't going over the top  (say to lag or purposely block others) or doing it to specific people.

No, it's allowed in non-KS maps also.

In the case of the report though, not only was there a ton of Ice Walls in a small corridor, effectively blocking anyone from coming through (other people want to fight monsters, too, ya know). But one person was absolutely surrounded, having a circle of Ice Walls around her, which is completely unnecessary and is only good for trapping her in one spot. So just avoid doing such things. Someone might suggest Fire Wall instead.

I've already asked 4 people about it in the dungeon I was ice walling. There were a couple of times where I accidentally ice walled people but that was quite rare in a 3 hour grind.
