Do custom kahos take up only the top slot, even if the customized sprite is from a headgear that takes up top and middle?

Yes, it will only take up the top slot.

Okay, and one more question.  RMS says that Sleipnir [ 0 ] is only for level 94 and up, does this hold true on Anthem, or has that been modified?


BTW, can you tell I'm about to start 'donating' to Anthem to get some better gears?

I believe both Sleips's [1] and non slotted are level 85.
