NEWBIE: Where do i go to make me a CUSTOM Kaho Headgear?

i dont know.. how the ppl here make the kaho?
somebody told that the GM who make this...
but what is the requirement to make this?

Its a donateable item, You have to donate the server 130 US $ for this item or you could buy it ingame for around 95M zeny

Here is a list of all custom kahos that exist on this server, http://www.anthemro.com/shop/index.php?p=cat&id=4 or you could buy them in-game as Razer said (which would be better but not all custom kahos will be easily found)

If you wanted to create one that doesn't exist you'd need to send in a spend credit request about it. 

$15    Change an already customized Kaho into a non-existing customization (must include username and password)
$40    Change an uncustomized Kaho into a non-existing customization (must include username and password)

Can also have a regular kaho or custom kaho and change it with ads through Gm's
