I'm going to assume you already have the picture in question saved. Go to www.imageshack.us and click browse and then find your picture and click upload. Once your picture is uploaded get the "Direct link" coding and paste it here.

Glad you got it to work, although you've double posted (which isn't allowed). In each of the posts you make there is a modify button which allows you to make changes to a post you've already made.
